Refund and Returns Policy

Customer experience and Integrity are key to us and to ensure this, we need a lot of cooperation from our customers concerning our return policy (exchanges and refunds)

We maintain a 24-hour return/exchange policy, which permits you to initiate an exchange or inform us of your intent to exchange within 24 hours of receiving your item. After this timeframe, we regret to inform you that we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and to contact us immediately if you find that the item does not fit or if you have received an incorrect item. This will allow us to assess the situation and rectify it promptly.

To qualify for return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received;

  • Unworn
  • Un-stained
  • Unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Steps below for Returning an Item(s):

Step 1: Inform us of any Return within 24 hours of receipt
Step 2: Snap the Picture of the item(s) + proof of purchase + receipt
Step 3: Disclose the Issue with the item(s)
Step 4: Confirm Approval to return the items (If they meet the return guidelines stated above)
Step 5: Pay for the delivery fee to our warehouse (sending the item(s) to us)
Step 6: Return item(s) in the right package within 24 hours of Return Notification after approval.

Returns Options

Customers are allowed to make changes to the items returned by;
Exchanging/Swapping Accepting other products or
Requesting for a Refund

Accepting Another Products

If the customer is interested in taking another product to swap the initial or previous one bought, products should be disclosed once we have received the previously returned item(s) and already confirmed eligible for swapping and this is permitted if the item is defective and damaged

Refunds

If the customer is not taking another product and wishes to get a refund, refunds take 3-5 days and are paid in the same account that initially made the deposit.

Refunds will be issued only under specific circumstances:
The wrong product was sent by the seller.
The item received is substantially different from what was described or ordered.

In Summary, please take note;

KBJ Store would not deliver or ship any defective products to our customers as quality control and due diligence are highly maintained
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Worn White Shirt, Disguised Washed Wears, pants, Socks, Popsocks, Stains not present before purchase, Wornout Zips during sampling, Damage during sampling, wear and tear after usage; are non-returnable
Requesting for another Size (smaller or bigger), Wrong product received, are eligible for returns
Exchanges will be limited to size-related issues
We do not accommodate exchanges based on personal preference
Items eligible for Exchange would only pay for the delivery for sending the items to us.
Items eligible for Exchange do not require a delivery fee (From our store to the client´s location)
Item(s) eligible for Refunds would not be approved if we do not receive returned items within 48 hours ( 24hrs Notification + 24 hours to send the items) for clients within Lagos hence exchange would be done.
Refunds would not be approved if we do not receive returned items within 3-4 days for clients outside Lagos hence exchange would be done.
Refunds will not be processed for packages delayed due to incorrect or unreachable phone numbers or addresses
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for items that do not comply with the aforementioned criteria

To ensure and minimize the rate of returns, customers are advised to take a bigger size if their kids are on the chubby side an accurate size if the kids have just the exact body stature or age size, and a smaller size if the kids are on the slim side.
